Photo Release

By sending us your photo, you attest that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child or children in the photograph and that you have full authority to consent and authorize CMPTA to use their likenesses.

Photos are periodically taken at our events. Please be aware that these photos are for Chesak/Martin PTA use only and may be used in the CMPTA's publications, website and marketing. We do not identify children by first and last name. Your privacy is important to
